I know this is old, but maybe you can still help me. Since I'm a big fan of Jessica, I'm planning to send her fan mail as well. Since I live in Germany, is it fine if I include an international reply coupon she can exchange for stamps with no costs instead of putting stamps on the envelope myself? I don't exactly have easy access to American stamps here
